Full Service Removals

Full Service Removals:  If you are developing a site that involves demolition Vantage Utility Connections are able to manage gas, electric and water service and meter removals or diversions.  It is extremely dangerous to attempt demolition without first removing the utility services first.

In order to remove a meter we would need the MPRN (Meter Point Reference Number) for gas meters or the MPAN (Meter Point Administration Number) for electric meters, along with a recent copy of a bill, a plan showing the location of the meter and a letter of authority entitling us to contact the supplier on your behalf.

To remove a gas or an electric service we would need the MPRN (Meter Point Reference Number) for gas or the MPAN (Meter Point Administration Number) for electric, if you don’t know the MPRN or MPAN then a recent copy of a bill will suffice, a plan showing the location of the meter and where you want the service taking back to and finally a site location plan (Ordinance Survey Map where possible).
